20GB/20GB nonsense

This is absolute nonsense. Tomorrow my “new data”arrives” and I never had the opportunity to utilize the current data because of these lies. I took the contract with Christopher Estrice and I was advised that in order to check my balance of the promo data I have to dial 808 (which I think is utter nonsense because I should be able check my balance whenever I like) I took his advice and called 808 around 20:40 on 06/11/2017 and spoke with Vanessa Mthombeni and she said that there is NO SECOND WALLET. The reference for that call is ********** 26

I am absolutely fed up and nothing is being done to resolve this. I did exactly what I was told to do if I needed to see this SECOND WALLENT DATA and 808 WAS ZERO HELP. I AM ANGRY. I HATE BEING **** TO. I heard the ad many times on the radio from mtn 20GB day and 20GB night what a lot of LIES. I demand to be helped now. From 06/11/2017 till now I have not been helped.
