20Gb once off still pending

Iv been with Mtn for years now. The only way we get feedback if by reporting and exposing them. I fail to understand why. I was reassured to a better service, but still.... I upgraded my contract on the 13th June and got the phone, was told everything would be loaded within 24hrs. They are very fast in charging you for the contract but till today, they haven't even loaded the promised data. Once off 20GB. First, it was false advertising on the size of the tablet I bought, now this, wow. I regret the renewal but I guess I have no one to blame but myself on going back to them
