20g data when upgrading

Hi

I have upgraded on the 2 may 2020 when upgrading I need to get 20g data once off for 30days... I was suppose have it the minute I left the mtn store until today I haven't received anything.... my sister upgraded the next day and she already received her 20g

Please assist
