20days and no refund or communication

Pathetic is undefined with this service from MTN. I bought an online bundle on 18th April and was told to wait 24hrs to be activated. It's 20days and the online team seems to be offline as usual. Please process my refund as it's time to port to another network. Please do not call me. Rather email me.
