2020 Black friday 100gb deal a JOKE!!

I have never come across a more *********** company in my LIFE!!!

I recently app**** for the black friday special of 100gb for R299 a month. It is my first time dealing with mtn and I was to be a first time customer. I was called regarding my application and mtn took down all my details and stated that I had met the criteria and that a delievery company would be in contact with me regarding a delivery date. I then waited patiently but heard nothing, only to get a message and email this morning from mtn stating I did not meet the criteria.

Please tell me how I get a call stating that I qualify and then a week later I now do not qualify. What criteria did I not meet? I ask this because I recently did a credit check for another company and was cleared, all my accounts are paid in full and I earn enough to buy your product. I app**** within the black friday time period and whilst it was still advertised on the site.

If they ran out of the network device that is one thing but then state as much and DO NOT PHONE ME AND TAKE MY DETAILS FOR YOUR SYSTEM and then tell me I do not qualify and then not send me the product.
