200GB month to month deals horror

I signed up with the MTN LTE deal for 200MB for R399 deal, it comes with a router for an extra R20. So I signed up online because I saw it on Instagram, so I filled the application there and then. It was then delivered after a week or so, but I only received the SIM card only. I then asked the delivery guy if there’s anything else because it was supposed to come with a router and he obviously knew nothing about that.

I then proceeded by calling MTN, getting a consultant is not easy with this company but what I really have an issue with is them dropping the phone, I ended up getting someone whom I could talk to about my issue, that person transferred me to a different department because they can’t help me The next person also transferred me to another one because they don’t deal with online deals Got another one who dropped the phone as I was talking I tried calling again and they all kept on transferring me to a different consultant and giving me different numbers to call because non of them can help me. Whenever I called those numbers they too sent me from one department to the next because they don’t deal with online application or they’re not MTN and they don’t know why the person I spoke to gave me that number. This cycle happened for two days, me trying to get assistance

I then got to a point that I want to cancel my contract, I again tried calling to cancel but still no one could help me because they don’t deal with online contracts, if not that they drop the phone on my ear I honestly hate MTN, your Services are the most horrible I’ve ever experienced, you’d aware you’re dealing with a government institution and you’re not paying for the services

I have this sim on a phone now to connect but that too is a problem because at times it disconnects and says no Simcard which has never happened in that phone with the simcard I was using I am fed-up with this whole situation, am even regretting why I signed up I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH MTN, THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER
