2 years trying to settle an account

An old unused account of mine was overdue and I mtn and it was confirmed that the account was closed but it was never closed and it ran up a bill of R200. I disputed this with mtn, offered to pay the money but customer service is non existent. It has now been 2 years and I have been listed on ITC. I got attorneys involved but we never even got a reaction from MTN. I honestly dont know what to anymore!
