2 year pending query from MTN Cornubia Durban

My account has been incorrectly debited after I upgraded my contract. This resulted in my number being blocked. It has almost been 2 years since my initial query. My credit score is shot. I have been forced to rent as I cannot apply for a bond. I have spent too much fuel travelling. My work is suffering as I cannot make or receive calls. I am fed up.
