2 weeks without a phone
so it's been over a week now and haven't heard if my claim is approved or not this after i was told the turn around time is 5 working days. i'm hoping before the end of this week, my phone will be in for repairs i mean in this techno-era 1 can't afford to be without a phone for so long let alone a day.
