2 WEEKS SIM SWAP QUERY

I have had the worst with MTN. I have been trying to do a swim swap on my old number that I have been using for decades. They said the number was migrated to Ulula app I should visit the stores. I have been in and out of the stores, I just get a reply that the matter has been escalated. Their call centre agents are not even willing to assist, let alone knowing how to resolve an issue. I am so disgusted. They will promise to call you back or a superior to call you but nothing.
