2 weeks and phone not collected
I put a complaint through hellopeter and still no help from MTN. They promised to collect my damaged phone last week Friday 27 February and to date being 4 March 2015 i have never heard from them. I reported my damaged phone 17 February 2015 and having had MTN Insurance since 2001 i feel that they are pathetic in their service and response. I AM SO UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!!!
