2 weeks and no chip swap yet!

My iPhone 12 got ****** on the 23 of April. I bought a new phone same day. I also bought a new chip at MTN Dainfern Square. And they did a chip swap. I was told to wait 24 hours. Next day my number was not on the chip. We went to the store 2 more times and they treat me and my husband poorly. We were told that in the system everything was ok. I went to another MTN store and they asked me to go the one located at the 14 Ave. I went there last Thursday, the clerk was nice and sharp, she recommended to do the process again. I bought a new chip and she did a new chip swap. I’m still waiting to get my number back!! It’s so frustrating. Now I did a police report for my lost phone and I’m waiting to get the number and I’m hopping that will fix the problem next time I go to the MTN. I really don’t want to change my WhatsApp number since I use for work purposes.
