2 months to approve contract
<p>I app**** for a contract on black friday with Mtn City view on 25/11/2016.</p> <p>To date my contract has not been approved. I have been back and forth between the store and calling the help line with no joy. Everyone keeps saying the contract is still pending and I must wait. It will be two months tomorrow.</p> <p>Everyone else that I know has app**** and received their sim and phones within a week. No one can tell me why my contract application has been pending for so long.<br /><br /></p> <p>I queried with the MTN facebook page and the response I keep getting is that they cannot locate an active application with my ID number and that I must go back to the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is riddiculous as no one can give me any answers. </p>
