2 MONTHS,, NO PHONE, NO HELP!
@MTNSA YOUR SERVICE IS APPALING! I HAVE A PHONE IN REPAIRS FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW, I KEEP GETTING TOLD BY YOUR REPAIRS COMPANY THAT FIND MY IPHONE IS STILL ON, AFTER MULTIPLE SCREENSHOTS I HAVE SENT!!!!!
The phone has now been sent back to the store for the 3rd time after I have sent multiple screenshots of my icloud devices, proving that its not! Is someone even looking at the phone or is it just being sent back?
I've also just called your Blue Route Tokia store and apparently all your staff are too busy with other things to assist me!
I need my phone for my business, but absolute no urgency from your side! NO ONE WILLING TO DO THEIT JOBS WITH SOME ENTHUSIUAM!
FML!

Nothing occurred as no one is taking owenership of the matter and when I call my calls don’t get returned or they are returned weeks later!
