2 months later and the contract still not changed

<p>I have been trying to change the contract from my mom's name to mine. We spent half a day in a queue to submit all the documents and left the Harding St branch told everything was approved and processing. Only to find out in April that the direct debit still went on my mom's account. She went to the branch to enquire and was told that Shaun (the agent who processed our documents) is the person that needs to fix this and he has since moved to the Newcastle Mall branch. My mom was told this would be communicated to him. I personally called the branch a few days later as we still had no call . There was no manager to escalate to both at the mall or Harding street. Shaun phoned me back and said he would fix it. After a few days he phoned to say I needed to sign more documents and he would email me. It's been weeks with no progress. It's been a pathetic service and I regret the day I signed up for this contract. My mom has already moved to Vodacom and I will be joining her soon.</p>
