2 MONTHS FOR MTN TO REPLACE AN INSURED PHONE

On the 15th of January my iphone 6s 128GIG phone fell and broke badly on the highway. On the same day i went into and MTN store and reported it as it was insured. A couple of days later the Courier guys came to pick up the phone and took it to the assesment centre. It was assessed and i was told that it was going to be repaired. the phone came back and with a shoddy repair job. I personally went and droped the phone back to the repair centre and showed then the errors of their shoddy repair. They rerepaired the phone then sent it back to me. the following dau i had to return it to the repair cenytre again as the reapir was not correct still. ( firt timr the screen was bulging out and had pieces that had been broken on the buttons then the second time the scrren was not glued properly and you could see inside the phone and the battery was just switching itself off randomly) They decided to label the phone as beyond economical use and had to replace my phone. The phone was replacedbut when opening the package from the courier guy, the phone was replaced with a 16GIG instead of the 128GIG. I had to call MTN insurance and inform them and they said it would be rectified. A week later i called again to find out what the progress was but only to be told that nothing had been done about the ordering of the correct one and tge collection of the incorrect one. Now on the 7th of march i get a call informing me that i need to pay a difference of R1800 inorder to get the replacement of the 128GIG i was insured for. Almost 2 months later and still not a phone in hand. I told them that they should just pay me the money and i could go to an IStore and buy a brand new replacement phone at R13999 and the Iphone7 128 GIG is R14999, so i dont know why i need to be paying and additional R1800 to get my Iphone 6s??? everytime i call MTN i spend around 50 mintes holding on. MTN is really rubish and just taking people for a ride.
