2 months and they still haven't gotten back to me
<p>I am trying to cancel my contract early and I have tried emailing them on 2 occasions about the process involved. I have still to get a response from them.</p>

Please assist us with the device name that you are using with the contract to assist you with the early termination fee for the 4 months left of the 24 months contract signed with the contract.
