2 Months and still waiting for repair!
I had an iPhone 6 and the screen cracked almost 2 months ago. I went to MTN Brooklyn and handed it in to get repaired since I have insurance with MTN. None of the staff told me that the HVRC is on strike and promised me that my phone will be fixed within one working week. It's been 2 months now and I'm still waiting. If I have to wait any longer I might consider initiating a lawsuit of ******** possession of goods since it is crucial for me to get my phone back.<br> <br> I can't believe this service and communication from MTN's side. Really dissapointed.
