2 experience of bad service

My phone needed to be repaired after the screen was cracked. A few months ago. After waiting 5-6 weeks for an update on the repair and when the phone would be returned to me after I had paid the excess a week earlier, I was forced to post on Hello Peter the poor service and being unable to get any update from MTN Insurance.

The same thing has happened now, the screen went black again and eventually I was able to arrange for the phone to be collected on 7 August.

I have been waiting for an update on the repair process and calling *** you I have received the same message that they are experiencing network difficulties and to be transferred to a consultant I must press 0, and then the call goes dead.

I called *** 0n Wednesday and was told that somebody would call me back, and nobody called me back.

It is a simple process, keep clients updated, but it looks like MTN does not put their customers first, because if they did they would not have network difficulties for 4 weeks on the same number. They own the network and if MTN cannot fix its own network number, what confidence does that give there clients.

I also have a complaint on my billing each month.
