2 days and NO sim swap activated - MTN Kenilworth Cape Town

I have had the worst service ever just to do a sim swap at the MTN Kenilworth Store in Cape Town, South Africa. I have been to the store 2 days in a row to do a sim swap but it has still not been activated and my forms were not submitted by Michelle and other colleugues today at around 2-3pm. Please can these peoeple reported.
