1G loaded but with additional sim card & number instead of current number
Hi,
In Feb someone called me offering to add another 1G to my current contract, I said that's fine but it had to be linked to my current number (ie: same number - not give me a different number and sim card). I received documents and it included another sim card. When I check the MTN app, they loaded ANOTHER number to my current contract with the additional 1G. This is NOT what I expected and not what I want to pay for. I tried going into an MTN store, but apparently, they could not help me.
If the 1G cannot be added to my same number - PLEASE CANCEL Here is the Reference Number: 2 5 2 1 7 0 for the emails I sent to customer care.

What the agent said to me vs what happened are two very different things and has resulted in locking me in ANOTHER contract for 2 years and if I want to cancel I need to pay up.
I have been trying to add the numbers so that I can do "Data sharing" but it is not allowing me to do so (the agent I spoke to said he would assist, but I am still unable to action this).
Hopefully, someone can assist?
