I have 2 contract with MTN, i lost one and have been trying to get simswap on it since December 2022. A consultant told me to leave my documents she will assist and call me back once done. Guess what, she never called, until today i managed to get hold of her. I asked her about sim swap that i asked for and she said she has been offline for 4 week but she will do it today. She confirmed she still has the form and will updated once done. Mind you on the phone it states the number i lost, she went and did a sim swap on an active number that was never blocked. I beyond disappointed with MTN and the stuff.
