19GB Data on Sim but MTN msg say I have none.

I have 19GB!!! yes 19GB on my prepaid MTN Sim which is not available to me and MTN keeps sending my messages that I’m out of Data. I refuse to take any contract but it seems it doesn’t matter what I choose! MTN HAS NO INTENTION OF FIXING THE ISSUE.
