135, MTN customer done care help line.

I have been trying to contact MTN retentions/accounts department for over a month now. I've tried phoning 135. No Joy. Emailing. No Joy. The MTN 135, customer don't care line. When someone from MTN does phone me they are not the right department. MTNs' brain dead customer care department is going to be the down fall of MTN.
