135 call centre pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic pathetic service from the call centre 135 Have had an issue since the 17 September each time i call i get told its going to be escalated to some department(legal, credit, billing, manager etc)but each time no feedback no resolution no nothing. Called in today for the 7th time the agent who assisted me dropped the line when i asked for the details of my problem when i wanted to check what exactly are they escalating. I have never in my life been so disappointed by the brand i have been using my entire adult life. My reference is ***.
