135 Call Centre inability to help me!!

After phoning everyday for the last week, and speaking to 7 different consultants, each with their own story, I am no nearer a solution to my problem!!! This morning I was promised a call from floor manager/ supervisor, no response!!! Who can possibly help me sort out my query!!?
