Worst at dealing with clients queries ,customer service are useless at dealing with queries. I have 4years with MTN I have never had any problems until I went to upgrade a contract last year my contract is been double debited til today no agent knows what’s going on . I look like a fool calling n visiting store to query .i would never recommend anyone to take contracts with MTN I am very much disappointed with the service and m still paying because I am someone who doesn’t want a bad record but m thinking to stop
