12 weeks later - still no phone
<p>Dear Caylin. This is the 6th report i am posting on Hellopeter in 5 weeks. We handed in my wife's phone on 15 October, 12 WEEKS ago, for a warranty claim which was approved. We still don't have her phone back. My post here on 3 January was just ignored. Can you please urgently get back to me with an update? I beg you to please please assist with this issue. I have never been treated this way by any company ever.</p>
