12 month to cancel insurance!

Took more than 12 months to cancel a simple MTN Insurance contract underwritten by Guardrisk (Callsure), always paid on time and never claimed. Had to deal with this terrible outsourced service provider of theirs called "Pinnacle Marketing" which I believe should be re-branded as "Pinnacle of Ineptitude". For the whole duration of of our conversation, they denied that the contract even existed, until I got proof it did! Then they passed the buck! Not even an apology. Not a shred of human dignity.

After being a faithful customer in good standing for 4 years , I decided to also cancel my contract with MTN. You have lost a customer for life.
