12 DAYS LATER AND NO RESPONSE
I cancelled my contract on the 10th of November 2017 , I spoke to Banele with a reference ********** 44. By all means, the contract was apparently cancelled, and number changed to MTN pay as you go . I asked Banele for a cancellation letter, he advised that he would send the letter as soon as the call was dropped .
12 days later, there is no cancellation letter, no response whats so ever.
Please can someone address the issue and send me a cancellation letter ASAP.
