MTN insurance is breaching my contract with them, i reported my phone screen on the 25th Jan and got an automated response saying that I will get a reponse after 5 days and the response I got after I threated to escalate to Hellopeter after 7 days of waiting and got a claim form which i sent forth the same day and I am still waiting in vain for a response regarding a way forward and eventually getting my phone fixed and the funny part is the debit order do not take so much time. can I please get helped.
