11 days no word from Insurance dpt
A courier company collected my damaged phone on 5 March 2015. Today is the 16March and i have not heard from MTN. I dont know if they received my phone, whether it is being repaired, how i will collect it ...NOTHING AT ALL! When you phone *** the phone never goes through due to \temporary network failure"as per their voice recording. I dont know why I am still with MTN. I have called then several times with no luck! Mary from MTN Insurance PLEASE give me feedback. I need my phone"
