10gb promotion

On the 19th of September I called in 808 regarding the 10gb data promotion I was told that I would receive an SMS to query it takes 24-48 hrs and must wait for another sms which I did, 2 days later I called 808 again and then I was told it takes 7 days which is a different story. I then called 808 again now its the 26th of September and I'm still waiting for my 10gb promotion I was told by "Jennifer" I will get an sms to query it and I must wait again for 24-48 hours to get a report. I'm so sick of mtn for keeping me waiting for so long I've already waited a month and 2 weeks for my upgrade phone. 6 years with mtn and this is how they treat a loyal customer this is really and utterly ridiculous. HOW LONG MUST I WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!
