100gig Data not connecting

I bought 100gig of data yesterday but it didn’t connect I tried calling the customer center they didn’t do anything about it

So now I have no clue what to do because seems like I won’t be assisted anytime soon.. best way is to leave the network and recruit others not to join because a 100gig is a lot of money to be ignored like this..especially in this economy
