10 working days = 3.5 months?
<p>I feel like I have a difference in opinion as to how many working days pass within a week. After receiving confirmation that I would be contacted within 10 working days on the 20th of June, I am still waiting on the 24th of September. I can barely receive calls at home, I have mailed all the relevant information to the coverage inbox, and I receive absolutely no feedback after multiple requests. So much for my upgrade and renewal in a years time, we have wonderful signal here on a competing network.</p>
