10 MTN Cellphone contracts will be cancelled because MTN cannot commit to their promise for a booster and we have NO signal, so can not use any of these contracts

<p>My mother and family lives on a farm in Parys Freestate, 3 houses on this farm and all 10 occupants have MTN contracts. We've been trying to get a MTN booster as promised by them since last year April (in actual fact longer) but can not get the relevant people out to the farm. They have extremely bad signal and due to this they are unable to use these contracts. They will all have to cancel their contract because of this and go to a provider that will be prepared to put up a booster. </p> <p>So CHARLENE BEGG ( ********** ) phoned about a month ago and promised my mother that with this new contract she will have excellent signal, will never have the same problems and not only that she will have free data and airtime for 3 months. a Month has passed and she have exactly if not worse problems. Have been trying to get in contact with her or any one besides the voice automated system with no avail!!!! Been on the phone now 3 times for more than 15 minutes holding on for any one to answer the phone. Have been trying to get through to MTN ( ********** ) REF: ********** to get information regarding the MTN booster, same story. </p> <p>Now MTN do you wish for all these people to cancel their contract or will some one get in touch with us regarding these matters? MTN is making ALL THESE EMPTY PROMISES!! PATHETIC!!</p> <p> </p>
