10 months and query still not resolved. Worst service ever
<p>Mtn loaded extra data on my account and charged me for this... when i raised my concern regarding my invoices, i was advised that i requested this additional data and they been charging me eversince. I complained to several managers including the call centre Manager regarding this, i was advised that the matter will be resolved... My contract came to an end, and i declined the upgrade due to the poor service... 10 months down the line I receive a letter from a debt collection agency advising that MTN has handed me over for outstanding payments. ....***.... As far as i was concerned they owe me a refund for debting me extra for Sh*t i did not request... MTN is officially the worst fu*#ing cell network provider in Africa... I complained about this matter to the CEO email address aswell bit havent heard sh&t. Hopefully by placing my complaint on Hello Peter this would be addressed accordingly... Hopefully!!! MTN does mot care about their end users, i doubt i'll even get a response. </p>
