10 Day Delay
30 Nov 2015 did an upgrade on my contract Samsung Note 4. Received the device on the 3 Dec 2015. While setting up device screen got extremely hot. Returned the device 8 Dec 2015 to the Mtn store Wonderboom Junction in Pretoria. It is now the 17 Dec 2015 and the device is still at the store awaiting collection. If this is how they conduct there client service one can just imagine how untrained and unqualified there staff is. Management you have a serious problem on your hands. Disgusted in the service i have to endure.
