1 Year later and I am still overcharged
I have complained about this for almost a year now and all not once have I gotten any feedback or the issue sorted out, instead all I get is to be locked out of my account every month. I have been to almost all the MTN's in Nelspruit and not even a single consultant has had the capability of helping me. <br> <br> Can someone please tell me what to do or how to go about this? should I go back to the Store and Scream to all your customers about just how ******** MTN is? do you guys want your device back in return of the money owed to my self? <br> <br> the after service given to your clients is disgusting!!! they way you have milked me for my hard earned money is unspeakable. We have now perused your account and we see that your were not receiving your bundle discounts for the months of July, August & September 2015. The account was then credited with R199.96 on the 16th of October 2016.
We can also confirm that we had a rate increase in April 2015 and all our packages subcription fee was increased for all customers. Please copy the link below for more information pertaining to the rate increase:
