I received extremely terrible service from mtn. I am disgusted at the fact that such a network exists. I advise all people to stay away from mtn as they have no regard for customer services. They keep making false promises to call you back and they never do. I've been told on 5 occasions that they would respond to me or call me but they still haven't . They never get back to you no matter how you try to communicate with them. They never compensate or assist their clients. They treat you like ****. Mtn is by far the worst network available.
