1 star for MTN & DSV - almost 2 month query

Today is exactly 1 month and 16 days (28 March 2023) I have successfully app**** for a 36 month IPhone 13 and 24 month iPhone 14 contract. Both parcels had been couriered to DSV Cape Town and both has been returned to the MTN Warehouse due to the negligence of DSV Cape Town. There is no concrete line of communication between DSV and MTN - so miscommunication is at the order of the day. A very frustrated almost two months and a few helpful MTN agents and still no phone.
