1 Month to upgrade

In short: WHY do need to fill in all the forms again when i upgrade, and then a week later fill the same forms again? Can you not supply a populated form that we can sign? If im appointed as an executive in my company, why do the other director need to sign? If you had all the signatures with my current contract and ID of other directors, with a document appointing me as the signature on the contract, why do i need to supply the same documents every time i upgrade. This is a complete waist of time for me!!! Not all directors are in the country all the time, and we cannot simply supply copy on copy on copy of everything every time, why is it not captured on the system? I have been struggling more than a month now to upgrade my phone, im moving to another service provider, other contracts have been upgraded in less that an hour without a quarter of the paperwork and **** I have to sit up with MTN.
