Mtn call centre agents are rude and inefficient I phoned them requesting that they opt me out on all their promotions and that I dont want to receive any free data when I buy data, I phoned on 2015-04-06, they told me it would take 24 hours to be deactivated, I bought data and I received free which I dont want, my request was not dealt with and 24 hours has lapsed now, very poor service from mtn call centre agents all of them
