Unfortunately, this company is unable to resolve a simple billing issue. We have been patient and trying to get this resolved over the past 5 months.

The following departments are unable to assist in anything and it is not worth trying to get them involved: * MTN Cradlestone - In general poor feedback * MTN Cancellations - The line is canceled and then miraculously, you are billed for it again. * MTN Customer Care - Take 2 WEEKS to ask for information to attempt anything.

MTN does not keep to their CONTRACTED rates and changes their billing THE SAME MONTH the contract was entered into.

It is virtually impossible to resolve any issues through their customer care.

Their shops, which I was directed to, although the perception was created they are trying, are completely inapt to resolve any matter.

Don't think you can "test" them can cancel if it does not work, it is not possible.

Rather get their products through MWEB or AXXESS as you will pay a bit more, but things actually work.
