I took their month to month home WiFi package on the beginning of July,was asked to pay R150 SIM connection then July prorata. And pay for the month of August,we agreed they will debit on the 25th of every month. To my surprise first debit went on the 1st of August and i got disconnected the whole July.

I decided to cancel,when i got to the shop they asked for cancellation fee and they promised to refund. Now I'm getting messages that i must pay even though i sent the router back
