I handed in a Samsung A56 on 12/4/2025 at this branch. The phone was sent to Samsung and the outcome was that the pattern code unit comes on. Samsung does not state that I need a 45 w charger. Nikita told me I can use my old charger. I had to travel to Newcastle twice to return the phone and must collect it again on my expenses and it was not my fault that I was not given the correct advice to use a bigger charger.
