Mtn has increased my instalment of R149.00 on my 3G card to R748.00 without my permission or authority. This conduct is tatamount to ***** and theft. Mtn never kept me posted on the development since my case was referred for ***** investigation. I need Mtn to reimburse my difference in instalments for the period. They have inconvenienced me financially. Kindly assist me and ask them to show urgency.
