*** R21-00 DATA BUNDLE OFFER : PROMOTION

On the 22nd of July a lady with the name of Fikhile called me to offer me a data bundle which MTN offered as special promotion. The data bundle of 1 gig will cost me R21-00 per month on top of what I am currently paying. The data will never expire. I can also cancel it at any time. I asked to e-mail me the detial because I want to see something in writing. She could not do it because the only make calls and cannot send mails. I asked her about 4 times if I am only going to pay R21-00 per month which she confirmed every time. The deal sounded attractive and I asked her to activate. Two months later realised that I am paying R121-93 per month and not R21-00. This was not the deal. The call between myself and Fikhile is recorded and I am willing to mail it to you so that you can listen what she offered. I want MTN to give what they offered and at the amount they offered it. I need an apology and credit then money *******ly deducted over the past months. I think it is completely unacceptable for an employee to advertise something that does not exist
