13/01/2025 I took a phone contract.14/01/25 I received the phone IPhone 16.it was not what I want and return it 15/01/2025 to MTN Mall of Africa. Have tied several times to contact MTN even used the WhatsApp number that is provided when tour call. Till today not response and am now concerned about the billing for something that I returned.
