I ported my mtn number to cell c in 2014 for a contract and towards the end of the contract they permanently deactivated it for no reason and now I need that number but they say it went back to MTN this year April but when I call MTN porting department they say the number is still with cell c. I called cell c again and they say it is with MTN and MTN must recycle the number and give it back to me.
Will you be as kind as to please help me I really need that number back

Kindly be advised that if the cell number takes more than 3 months without been used it cannot be recycled it gets allocated to another client.
